Jewish Integrated Program

The Jewish Faith-Based Track is part of the comprehensive treatment curriculum offered at Transformations Treatment Center. We offer a complete continuum of evidence-based, individualized substance abuse and mental health treatment care including detox, residential, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, client housing with 24/7 monitoring and transportation, psychiatric and medical services, aftercare support, and an alumni program.

We currently serve clients struggling with the following conditions:

  • Substance use and dependence
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
  • Process addiction (sex addiction, gambling, etc.)
  • Trauma
  • Social anxiety
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Panic disorders
  • Mood disorders
  • Personality disorders
  • Borderline Personality disorder
  • Boundary issues
  • Adjustment disorders
  • Attachment disorders

We are committed to providing a culturally and spiritually sensitive space during treatment for Jewish individuals confronting substance use and/or mental health disorders

Participants are offered the following additional optional services alongside our standard treatment programming: 

  • Glatt Kosher food 
  • Shabbos and Yom Tov accomodations and programming
  • Culturally-sensitive therapy and support
  • Connection to local and national Jewish community resources
