Transformations Treatment Center opened its doors in 2007, providing substance abuse and mental health treatment programs that are individually tailored to clients’ needs. Transformations has always offered the most up-to-date, innovative treatment for adults 18 years of age and older at our South Florida location in Delray Beach, and is now proud to call North Florida home, as well. We offer a complete continuum of substance abuse and mental health care including detox, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs, client housing, extended and aftercare support, and a vibrant alumni program. Our dedicated team is able to provide the highest level of care through both of these locations, ensuring that each person who walks through our doors receives the help they need and deserve.
Our flagship location resides in sunny South Florida and specializes in dual-diagnosis, helping clients overcome substance abuse and/or mental health disorders. We help clients stop their drug and alcohol use—but more importantly, we teach them how to maintain that lifestyle so they can get their lives back and relationships on track.
Located in North Florida, Transformations at Mending Fences is a residential treatment center that sits on a retreat of 400 acres away from the stresses and chaos of everyday life, providing an opportunity for healing, reflection, and support. This facility offers full-time medical and psychiatric care with the main focus on primary mental health disorders.
