"] Transformations does primarily offer private rooms, speak with your Admissions Coordinator to determine if that is recommended for your unique situation. [accordion title" Can I have my cell phone? "] We encourage you to travel with your cell phone but will not be allowed access to it during your stay unless approved by your therapist. [accordion title" Can you smoke or vape? "] Smoking and vaping are allowed but not indoors. [accordion title" When can I expect to hear from my loved one? "] Every client is encouraged to make a safe call to those who love them when safely admitting into the program. Phone calls are approved as needed. Generally, for the first week, it is recommended for your loved one to adjust to the program. However, you can call anytime to check on them. [accordion title" How long is the program? "] Each client's needs are different. Our program is a minimum of 30 days with the option to continue with stepdown programs which could extend to 90 days. [accordion title" What would my loved one need money for while in treatment? "] Our program is all-inclusive so additional spending is only necessary for comfort items such as candy at the movies or going to the salon. Our accommodations make the treatment process comfortable for those of any financial background. [accordion title" How can I get my loved one money while in treatment? "] You are able to call reception who will happily connect you with our operations department and coordinate additional money for your loved one. [accordion title" Do I get to work out? "] Yes! We believe in treating the whole person; mind, body, and spirit. We have a full gym on site. [accordion title" What should I bring or not bring? "] It is recommended to bring 2-3 weeks' worth of clothing with activewear and appropriate bathing suits. Hygiene necessities are also recommended. Please leave sentimental valuables at home for safekeeping. Any electronic with internet or camera capability will be held safely for you. Click HERE for the full list. [accordion title" Do you have mental health-specific groups? "] Yes, we have groups that focus specifically on treating mental health issues. Your therapist will meet with you to discuss which groups may be the most beneficial for you based on your treatment plan. [accordion title" Will I be able to have my computer? "] Typically there will not be much time for personal computer use while in the program. We will allow for some usage for work or school purposes. Discuss your needs with your admissions coordinator. [accordion title" What are the costs with insurance? "] Insurance will typically cover the majority of our costs. Each plan is different, speaking with an admissions coordinator will allow for a more comprehensive explanation of the patients responsibility. [accordion title" How can I find out information about my loved ones? "] Transformations operates under HIPPA, therefore if a client has signed a release of information for you, their primary therapist, as well as our family services coordinator, will reach out to you about your loved one. If your loved one does not sign a release of information we will not be able to confirm their presence in treatment. [accordion title" How often can I communicate with my loved one? "] Communication with your loved one and their therapist will happen but during the early stages of treatment such as detox and the first week operate under the assumption no news good news. [accordion title" How am I supposed to go to treatment and keep my job? "] At Transformations we have an entire department here dedicated to helping you with the outside issues that occur as a result from substance abuse and mental health difficulties. What will be different this time? "] The main question to ask yourself is "What will be different with my own effort?" "] Yes, a big part of our program is making sure you get help from a therapist who can understand what you are struggling with and provide the help you need. At Transformations we have Masters Level Clinicians who are experienced in treating PTSD deriving from physical, verbal, emotional and sexual abuse. We're here to help you heal. [accordion title" How many individual sessions do you have? "] Everyone is guaranteed a minimum of 1 a week, and their primary therapist will assess whether that client will need more than this.
