Transformations is a treatment center that opened its doors in Delray Beach, Florida, in 2007. We offer substance abuse and mental health treatment programs that are individualized to our clients’ needs.
Known for our excellent diagnostics, assessments, treatment planning and medical care, we help clients stop their drug and alcohol use—but more importantly, we teach them how to maintain that lifestyle so they can get their lives back and relationships on track.
We’re a dual diagnosis facility and in addition to treating drug and alcohol problems, we help clients overcome gambling and sex addiction, trauma, depression, grief, loss and anger management issues. At Transformations, we heal the whole person—emotionally, mentally, physically and spiritually. We offer the most up-to-date, innovative therapy and constantly adapt to better ourselves and benefit our clients.
Our therapists include licensed mental health counselors, certified addiction professionals and masters-level therapists who, along with the other incredibly nurturing staff, care deeply about the success of those we’re treating. We’re a relatively small facility with a large number of employees, which allows our clients to receive the attention they need any time of day or night.
We provide structured programs and assorted features that set us apart from other treatment centers. Some of them include:
We help clients get to their underlying issues through frequent one-on-one therapy tailored to treat their specific issues. We also require clients to attend group sessions that help them learn from others.
Involves reprocessing past traumatic experiences in order to reduce the disturbance level and intensity of past trauma.
Our two-bedroom condos include a separate bedroom and bath providing a serene place to relax and reflect alone. Our continuum of care stretches from detox to an alumni program helping keep clients on the right path forever. We’re extremely proud of the treatment center we’ve created and the staff we’ve hired to help clients overcome addiction and move on to lead happy, fulfilling lives.
