The Jewish Faith-Based Track is part of the comprehensive treatment curriculum offered at Transformations Treatment Center. We offer a complete continuum of evidence-based, individualized substance abuse and mental health treatment care including detox, residential, partial hospitalization, and intensive outpatient programs. Our Jewish rehab also offers client housing with 24/7 monitoring and transportation, psychiatric and medical services, aftercare support, and alumni program.
