Hello, my name is Nellie and I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict. My family did an intervention on me and I 
was truly tired of being sick and tired.
They found a place online called Transformations and I was willing to go. I can tell you that the people who work there are loving and caring and the property had a serene atmosphere. Oh, how I loved it.
After the program, I went to a halfway house and I was told to at least try to stay for a year. The heat got to me and I only stayed for three months and went back to Chicago where I relapsed.
I came back to Transformations and they welcomed me back with open arms and the rest is history. I’m still here with the “heat” and I’m working a program. I have given my will and life over to the care of a God of my understanding and I love my life today.
