Summit Detox is a 20-bed medical facility that provides for the safe and comfortable detoxification from alcohol and drugs including heroin, opioids, and benzodiazepines. Located in sunny Boynton Beach, Florida near the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, Summit Detox serves patients 18 years and older from around the country in a safe and nurturing environment.
These programs include a holistic, therapeutic approach with small group meetings, 12-step meetings, gender and age specific groups, Christian groups, Veterans and First Responder program, weekly alumni meetings, aftercare, life skills, recreation and support for family and friends with weekend visits and therapy sessions. Our licensed, certified master-level therapists facilitate therapy and psycho-education groups, helping to create treatment plans and offering individual sessions to address your particular needs.

One of the most effective approaches to helping people with opioid use disorders is MAT, or medication-assisted treatment. This evidence-based treatment technique combines the use of medication designed to reduce the difficult physical symptoms associated with stopping use, along with behavioral psychotherapy and counseling.
