Clients at Transformations Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center undergo a personalized journey through one of our highly effective treatment programs. Summit Detox is a 20-bed medical facility that provides for the safe and comfortable detoxification from alcohol and drugs including heroin, opioids, and benzodiazepines. Located in sunny Boynton Beach, Florida near the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean, Summit Detox serves patients 18 years and older from around the country in a safe and nurturing environment.
These programs include a holistic, therapeutic approach with small group meetings, 12-step meetings, gender and age specific groups, Christian groups, Veterans and First Responder program, weekly alumni meetings, aftercare, life skills, recreation and support for family and friends with weekend visits and therapy sessions. Our licensed, certified master-level therapists facilitate therapy and psycho-education groups, helping to create treatment plans and offering individual sessions to address your particular needs.
We help adults transition back to their meaningful lives. Clients learn triggers to avoid and strategies to use to help them enjoy sober living and become significant members of their communities.
We take a holistic approach that not only treats the addiction but helps to provide healing for families and relationships as well as helping graduates of our programs with ongoing alumni services. We specialize in individualized, thoughtful, and supportive programs geared towards every client’s specific needs.
One of the most effective approaches to helping people with opioid use disorders is MAT, or medication-assisted treatment. This evidence-based treatment technique combines the use of medication designed to reduce the difficult physical symptoms associated with stopping use, along with behavioral psychotherapy and counseling.
Experiential therapy involves experiences such as guided imagery, role-playing and specific activities to aid in the process of discovering issues that are not readily known.
