Fitness is a huge component of my recovery today. I have learned how important it is to take care of my body, and taking care of my body has a direct correlation to my mental well-being. Some of you might be missing the gym as much as I do, but there are so many ways to keep our bodies moving at home.   1. Cross Jacks
  2. 2 Hop Squat
  3. High Knees
  4. Curtsy Lunge

Repeat round 2-5 times to get a 5-10 min.
