Lyle is a Certified Addictions Professional, Internationally Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor, Approved Trainer for the Florida Certification Board, an ordained pastor, and a Certified Health Coach. He is currently the Florida Association of Recovery Residences (FARR) President. He is also on the Scientific Advisory Board for Geneus Health and the advisory board member of the Alliance for Addiction Solutions. He has met with government officials at the local state, and federal levels to help guide policies related to mental health and substance use disorders.
As a training provider Lyle has assisted individuals improve their professionalism and gain certification. As a health coach, he assists clients in obtaining optimal health and the accompanying benefits, physically and mentally. As a scientific advisor, he is involved in research projects to improve outcomes and address addiction at the genetic and neurotransmitter level with the research being published in numerous peer-reviewed journals. As a consultant he has established, licensed, operated, and gained national accreditation for numerous treatment facilities across the country.
Client Services Representative
Mike Gamaitoni has been with Transformations since 2014. After moving to south Florida from Wilmington, DE, to recover from his own addiction, he became involved with the local recovery community. Through service work and volunteering, he built a nationwide network of people and organizations attempting to tackle the addiction crisis through awareness and prevention. Mike has spoke at schools around the country educating the youth, has started a podcast speaking on different topics relating to addiction, and is well known among his peers as a leader in the addiction community.
Client Services Manager
Andrew Woolwine has eight years of diverse experience in the social service and healthcare field. He is a part of the client services team and strives to collaboratively work with families, professionals, and individuals to provide support and guidance for substance abuse and mental health treatment. He has worked as a primary care clinician previous to his current role at Transformations Treatment Center. He received an undergraduate degree in biology and psychology and completed his graduate degree specializing in mental health and addiction counseling.

My name is Nick Gore and I am from the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. My education is not university or degree based, but instead extends from my personal experience in the area of substance abuse and recovery. I joined the Transformations Team in an effort to continue to bring awareness and resources to those who need it most. In my free time, I love to spend time with my family and friends, golf, and give back to the community in the area of Homeless People outreach.
Northeast Client Services Representative
Adam Mogul is a retired New Jersey Police Sergeant who began his second career helping people into treatment from drugs and alcohol. After spending numerous years watching first hand people suffer from the chemical dependency that has plagued our cities, Adam decided to help individuals seek the treatment they need. He then began creating treatment programs to help the First Responders who suffer from PTSD and other needs. Adam also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Kean University
