In 2007, we opened our doors in Delray Beach, Florida. Offering individualized mental health and substance abuse treatment programs. Today, we are known for our outstanding diagnosis process, personalized assessments, excellent treatment planning, and ongoing medical care.
Although our core focus is on our clients’ mental health and substance use disorders, we are also concerned with their overall well-being. Being a dual-diagnosis facility, we offer the types of services that so many of our clients need. It is well-understand that a significant number of people diagnosed with a substance use disorder, also suffer from a behavioral or mental health disorder.
According to the National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH), approximately 45 percent of individuals living with an addiction also have a co-occurring mental health disorder. At Transformations Treatment Center, we believe in treating and healing the whole person.
