Summer is undoubtedly here, and I don’t know about you guys but I like to keep my shirt off as much as possible in the Florida heat. That’s why I make sure I get a good core workout in a few times a week so I feel more confident when I’m hitting the beach! Plus, that old saying: “when ya look good ya feel good” resonates with me a little bit more in the summertime. I like to exercise because not only can I physically see results, but I FEEL better if I make sure to get a good sweat in everyday. I’ve put together an ab circuit with some of my go-to exercises for you guys. I usually do ab circuits at the END of my workout routine, but these are perfect if you are in a rush or you don’t have access to a gym – or if you are stuck in quarantine. For best results, repeat the circuit 3-4 times with minimal breaks in between. I might not drink anymore, but I still try to bring a 6-pack with me everywhere I go!

4 Exercises

  1. Bicycle Crunch (20-30 each side)
  2. Mountain Climbers (20-30 sec)
  3. Alternating Toe Touch (8-12 each side)
  4. Knee to Elbow Plank (10-15 each side)

Repeat the circuit 3-4 times with minimal breaks in between.
